Liquid C2, a business of Cassava Technologies, is expanding its Cloudmania distribution offering in Kenya through a partnership arrangement that gives local technology companies another route to sell Google Cloud services.
The arrangement will provide Kenyan resellers, managed service providers and systems integrators with access to Google Cloud products, technical training and a self-service marketplace.
The expansion adds Google Cloud to Cloudmania’s established Microsoft-focused reseller business in Kenya. Local technology companies can already access cloud solutions through other distributors, including Digicloud Africa, which operates a Google Cloud partner network across the continent.
Liquid C2’s relationship with Google Cloud dates back to November 2023. In December 2025, its Cloudmania business introduced Liquid G, an Africa-wide Google Cloud distribution programme. The latest arrangement specifically focuses on strengthening the Kenyan sales channel.
However, the announcement did not disclose country-specific reseller numbers, discounts or commercial terms.
Cloudmania already offers Kenyan partners monthly local billing, a feature that could help businesses manage cloud spending through more predictable billing arrangements.
The expansion comes as Kenyan businesses anticipate increased spending on cloud services while facing challenges in managing costs. A 2025 PwC survey of 30 Kenyan business and technology leaders found that 83.3% expected their cloud budgets to increase over the following year.
The same survey found that only 6.7% of respondents had fully integrated advanced cloud-cost management practices, highlighting an opportunity for service providers to support businesses with cloud adoption and spending management.
