Airtel Kenya has expanded its retail presence with the opening of four new customer service stores in Mombasa County, increasing its nationwide retail network to 90 outlets as the company continues to strengthen customer access to its products and services.
The new stores are located at Sabasaba, Airport Centre Mall, Nyali Bazaar and Likoni, providing customers with convenient access to a wide range of Airtel services, including SIM registration, Airtel Money support, device assistance, and voice and data solutions for both individual and business users.
According to Airtel Kenya Managing Director Djibril Tobe, the expansion forms part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience and improve service accessibility across the country.
The retail expansion supports Airtel Kenya’s nationwide plan to double its customer service footprint by the end of 2026, enabling the company to reach more customers through enhanced physical service channels alongside its growing digital platforms.
As competition in Kenya’s telecommunications sector continues to intensify, investments in retail infrastructure remain an important part of improving customer engagement, expanding digital financial services and supporting greater connectivity across the country.
