Samsung Launches Direct-to-Consumer Online Store in Kenya.

Samsung has partnered with Housewives Paradise to launch the Samsung Brand Store, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform aimed at expanding the company’s digital retail presence in Kenya.

Available through samsungbrandstore.co.ke, the platform is operated by local partner Housewives Paradise and supported by an e-commerce technology and operations vendor. The launch comes as Kenyan consumers increasingly rely on mobile devices and digital channels for shopping and payments.

The Samsung Brand Store will complement the company’s existing retail network while offering an online-exclusive selection of products. These include devices and home appliances featuring unique colour options, specialised sizes and selected products that are not otherwise available through Samsung’s local retail channels.

The platform also incorporates WhatsApp conversational commerce, allowing customers to seek product advice, access live sales assistance and track orders through the messaging platform. The approach is designed to combine digital convenience with more personalised customer engagement.

Samsung has also introduced a dedicated B2B ordering portal for organisations including corporates, SACCOs, educational institutions, healthcare providers and government agencies. The platform supports bulk procurement and integrates enterprise security tools including Samsung Knox Manage and Knox Guard, expanding Samsung’s digital commerce offering beyond individual consumers.
