KCB Kenya has launched an interoperability partnership with Stima Sacco Society Ltd to improve how members access, transfer and manage their finances through digital banking services.
The partnership, launched at Stima Plaza in Nairobi, will enable Stima Sacco members to deposit funds directly into their Sacco accounts through the revamped KCB Mobile Banking App.
The integration is designed to provide members with a more seamless and convenient digital banking experience while strengthening access to digital financial services within Kenya’s cooperative sector.
KCB Director of Retail Banking Jane Isiaho said the partnership comes as digital adoption within the Sacco sector continues to grow. She noted that digital Sacco products have increased from 345 to 407, while providers have grown from 236 to 267.
KCB said it will support this growth by providing banking infrastructure and technology that enables institutions such as Stima Sacco to deliver more accessible and efficient services to their members.
