Spiro Kenya has signed a one-year partnership agreement with Gor Mahia FC, becoming the club’s Official Electric Mobility Partner for the 2026/27 season.
The collaboration brings together Kenya’s largest electric mobility company and the country’s most successful football club to promote sustainable transportation, deepen community engagement and increase awareness of electric mobility solutions across the country.
Built on the shared influence of football in connecting communities, the partnership will leverage Gor Mahia’s nationwide fan base to educate supporters about the benefits of electric mobility while highlighting its contribution to Kenya’s economic growth and environmental sustainability.
Throughout the 2026/27 season, Spiro Kenya and Gor Mahia will roll out a series of supporter engagement initiatives, including matchday activations, digital campaigns and community-focused programmes designed to showcase the practical benefits of electric mobility.
For Spiro Kenya, the partnership creates an opportunity to introduce its electric mobility solutions to one of East Africa’s largest football audiences, while Gor Mahia strengthens its commercial partnerships and enhances fan engagement throughout the season.
Spiro Kenya said the collaboration reflects its commitment to accelerating the adoption of sustainable transport by connecting with communities through platforms that resonate with millions of Kenyans.
The partnership also reinforces the growing role of sports as a catalyst for promoting innovation, sustainability and social impact across Africa.
